Did sky provide a return label? Do you have proof of postage and if yes you can provide this information to sky so they can track the delivery and rectify the bill.

Yes I used a sky return label and have proof of postage. How do I share/ show sky my proof of postage

Call Sky in the morning and you can give them information from the proof of postage slip, there will be a reference number where they can track it. Remind them you waited for the return label to arrive so they can't say you sent product back late. Hope that helps 😊

No need to call Sky. I’ve escalated your post to Sky and their Messaging Team should contact you later on Saturday,
You need to watch out for a post from one of the team inviting you to a private chat and then you should see a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll have 48 hours to click on it and start the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread fairly regularly.
