Can't link account

I got sky broadband but can't link it to view my bills in my sky app.

I can get to the page where it says I need a 12-digit account number or my bank account number:

None of the emails from sky contain a 12 digit account number

And when inputting my bank number it doesn't recognise it.

You will have to either call Sky @Charlie184 or send then a message via social media (links at the bottom of this page) so they can let you know what your account number is.

Did that (called) and it was all sorted fairly quickly (once I got past the annoying ai and through to an actual person).
