Can’t get a contact number for ROI!!

Why is there no contact number for ROI. Bot is no help with my issue !

It's there, I've just checked and a 0818 number is displayed.

To call Sky dial 150 (free) from a Sky Talk landline or a Sky mobile or alternatively use the following link
https://www.sky.com/help/home
UK customers: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ leading to a 0333 number.
ROI customers: change the flag in the bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ to see a dedicated ROI number.

The posting of full phone numbers isn’t permitted on the forum.

Calls to Sky will initially be automated which may try to send you here to the forum, offer you online help or offer to send you a text. Stay on the line as long as possible and saying nothing when asked the reason for the call sometimes helps being put in the queue for an agent.

A got a number 1800. When I call it's saying the number is not in service.

Going into that link (I'm in the UK) gives a 0818 number not 1800. 

Sky Ireland aren't open over the weekend and I'm not sure of the opening times on weekdays.

Thanks. I tried with 0818 too. That didn't work! Sky used to have a decent customer service when you could speak to someone!
