Can't come back to Sky
Hello,
I wan't to come back to Sky (from Virgin) but the system won't let me do it. I get as far as checkout but I always get an error after clicking 'Complete'.
I think it's because Sky still thinks I have an active account - there has been some credit in there for years - but I don't have any services.
Please help!

When placing your order you need to sign up as a new customer so you must not be signed into your previous account, this should mean that you will need to supply a new email address. If you still are presented with the same error then you will have to call Sky to let them place the order for you.
