Can't check my account renewal options.
Email from Sky today says my contract is ending soon and offers me the option of retaining my existing package for an increase in price,or taking a cheaper package.When I try to get more details of each by pressing the box provided,my current package choice results in fast flickering of my screen but nothing else and trying to open the cheaper choice produces a message "Invalid URL(no URL)."I have tried with my VPN on then off and even changed my password but I cannot open the information I need to decide which package I want.

If the website is playing up then give Sky a call within 31 days of this minimum term on your contract ending as they might be able to offer you something if you will agree to a new contract.
