Can’t change email address

My mum used my email address for her account as it was easier at the time.  
I'm now looking to get Sky but can't due to her using my email address.  
I want to swap her back to her own email address and it won't let me

She will need to contact Sky to get them to change the email address or you could sign up using a different one.

I am trying to change it for my mother as she is 82 and doesn't have the energy to spend time trying to get through to someone. 
I thought Sky would have been more helpful to get new customers than use another email address!
