Can’t access Vue tickets

hoping someone can help please, I can't access Vue tickets on my rewards, when I click on my sky app and VIP and show my rewards it asks my to look at terms and conditions which don't load then I'm back to the beginning. 
I've tried deleting app, turning off phone and then reinstalling to no avail

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies may not be instant.

Yes I am, it's an issue with the app more than user error, I've claimed many times before.

I've also tried to get sky vue cinema tickets and updated the app top but vue tickets are not there. I've got sky cinema on my television but no matter how many times I try on my sky app it's coming up with 'enter competition.? I've redeemed vue cinema tickets many times before but never had this. I've also tried phoning sky customer service but getting 'it's not been possible to connect your call so please try again later', so any ideas anyone please?thanks

They are there, so scroll down to "Rewards for you" then scroll to the left and they are the 4th tile along.

Hi, I'm having trouble accessing my vue tickets too. I've deleted and reinstalled the app, I've swiped the bejusus out of everything swipeable and still no vue tickets tile. Was hoping to take my grandsons to the cinema this weekend and was relying on them. Camn anyone help please

They are there for me right at the bottom of the VIP section under "more from Sky".
