Can't access My Sky - no longer "Primary ID holder"?

I just moved my Sky Account from one address to another, and I've switched from SkyQ to Sky Glass. I also have Sky Mobile.

I tried to access the Credit Agreement on My Sky for the New Sky Glass, but there was no link. 

All I could see was "Leave Household" so I pressed that.

Now, it's telling me I need to get the Primary ID holder to add me. I am the Primary ID holder. I'm going around on circles for the last 2 days trying to sort this out. 

My relationship has broken down, and I've moved out, taki g my Sky Account with me. I've cancelled the broadband and multi room at my old address, but the main Sky Q box is still active until my Sky Glass is activated but without access to My Sky, I can't sign the credit agreement. I can't access mobile phone account details either. 

I have no idea how to fix this. I'm with Sky over 23 years, Platinum VIP, and I want to keep that. Can anyone help with this. The Bot is useless - I can find anything it tells me myself, and none of it is useful.
