Can't See Newest Bills

I have had Sky accounts on and off for years. I regularly switch provider.

 

I've had Sky for the last 11 months, broadband and TV. I logged in to the Sky website today, and had to set up a SkyID. I signed up with the same e-mail address that I get notifications each month about my bill. 

 

When I went to the bills section, it wasn't there, page was restricted. So i searched this board and found a thread telling me to to download the MySky app and set it up there. I did that. I was asked for my phone number and the last six digits of the account that direct debits come from. I did all of that.

 

Now the Bills sections shows up no problem, but no bills for 2024, no bills for 2023,  last bill was from sometime in 2022, presumably the time I switched to another provider.

 

Any ideas?

When you signed up to Sky 11 months ago did you sign up as a new customer or were you a returning one ?

 

The reason I ask is if you were away for 18 months or more when you signed up 11 months ago you would be seen as a new customer meaning you would need to set up a new ID to see your bills as this account you are logged into will not show them as you have discovered as it will have been closed when you left.

Strange one... I signed up for sky.com with same e-mail address as I receive the bills to, yet no record. Did some messing with creating SkyID and it came back up.
