Very likely. It's unusual for Sky to be making unsolicited calls offering discounts of that size.

This is a known scam so as long as you don't give them any details you will have no issues.

Yes, it's a known scam. should a customer give them their account details then they'd order expensive iPhones & once delivered would then call again to say they were delivered in error & that a courier will collect them. Should this occur then they'd quite possibly customer most likely would be liable for their cost.
