Broadcband an yv
Iv been charged which I haven't been using because it hasn't been connected why am I being charged? And why am I being not connected to the Wi-Fi Arctic television? I need a technician out ASAP otherwise I'm quitting with your contract and I will not be paying anything less. I need anymore

If you are a Sky Stream or Sky Glass customer then billing does start within 21 days even if you have no broadband connection so if this is what has happened when you do have a working connection give Sky a call as they might then apply a credit to your account to match the number of days you had no TV due to this.

Arctic Silver is one of the Gen 2 Glass colours (or 'colourways' as the really annoying marketing blurb puts it ; )

Unlike the previous satellite platforms, Glass doesn't have 'technicians'.
Users are expected to plug the hardware in and go through the setup process themselves (as would be the case with any other smart television set)
This will only succeed if some form of broadband is available at the address: it doesn't have to be Sky Broadband.
