Broadband

My husband was on the name for sky he has left and the broadband and tv is about to be disconnected. I want to take sky broadband over can I just take over the account or will I need to have a new hub etc

@Ronnienicky1 Sky don't allow transfer of ownership of accounts.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

If he's cancelled he'll need to return the loaned equipment then you'll be able to apply in your own right.

@Ronnienicky1 do be aware that Openreach take around 2 weeks to provision a new broadband service, so you'll be without a service for that time. Note also that you'll have Internet calls so your phone will need to be plugged into your Hub once it has been activated.

Want to start new broadband with sky but no available enginner until 19th may can't wait that long
