You seem reluctant to post an image showing the all important April bill. How do you normally pay?

That isn't an image from a Sky bill as that looks like it is from your banking app so yet again, feel free to post the April bill from your Sky account.

I pay by card each month that's why I am on the chat it is showing that I have not paid April bill but it is showing on my bank as paid, this is my query

And your Sky account says it is not paid so feel free to post this image from your Sky bill.

If you usually pay by Continuous Card and the full payment fails on the normal payment date Sky will send a text/email notification about the failed payment and you usually have at best 2/3 days before being restricted. There is no grace period and I believe only 1 attempt is made for a card payment. Restrictions are then an automated process.
