Broadband

I've changed from now to sky and was quoted 18 a month,I was paying now 27, the engineer was cancelled because of issues and have now been told engineer due 6th July and have been told I'm with sky still but now have charged me 44 pound today? I have put in complaint today.

Any advice please?

Hi I don't have any future bills on sky yet just says scheduled. When I logged on to my old Now account it says I have no services with them?

Your opening post isn't to clear as to who your current broadband supplier is at present so is it Sky or Now ?

I think it's sky because I was due have it fitted 24th March but engineer cancelled and have to wait till 6th July but the customer service rep I spoke to at sky said my service wudnt b affected.

No because wen I log on with them I have no services with them? Bec it's all under the same umbrella I assumed sky was taking over because now charged me 5 wks the final month.

In your opening post you said Now had charged you so I would speak to them about this as I'm not sure Sky can refund this.

I have now spoken to sky because there having issues and have to put back the Broadband for 3 months and I'm out of contract I will need pay now the 44 pound a month and I can claim money back when it's go live.....she is chasing the installation bec 3 months seems excessive and there is no reason on her screen and they will be in touch tue.
