Broadband still charging me

I have canceled my contract on 16 may, at the end of the month sky took DD of £46 which is double of broadband bill. For June  my account is showing DD of £54. Can anyone explain why sky is still charging me after I cancel the contract and the bill is double than normal bill for a month.

We obviously can't see you bills but the first questions we have to ask are…

How did you cancel your subscription?

Did you receive an email from Sky acknowledging the cancellation?

They shouldn't be charging you because when the account is cancelled you should see a credit on the account so if this isn't what you are seeing you might want to call them so that they can check that your account has been cancelled.

I tried to call but I couldn't reach any human employer,  it's automated computer answered. Do you know how can I cantact a human employee.

Calls to Sky will initially be automated which may try to send you here to the forum, offer you online help or offer to send you a text. Stay on the line as long as possible and saying nothing when asked the reason for the call sometimes helps being put in the queue for an agent.
