Broadband payed but now disconnected

I have paid 4 months bills in advance but now my broadbands off

Saying payed but on the phone they say it’s not Iv cancelled it all now gd luck to everyone worth sky

Timing and payments clearing could be important...

This was payed December tho my usual bill is £28 per month yet payed £160 to cover 6 months yet disconnected

If you normally pay by direct debit, and your December payment failed, it's likely that your manual payment will be sitting as a credit against your January bill (check your future bills). In those circumstances Sky will consider your December to still be outstanding and restrict your services accordingly.

Ye so won’t they take the credit to pay the bill makes no sense tbh will leave sky always seems he issues on their side

It would be easier if you just let Sky take the payment from the direct debit each month rather than manually paying it yourself when there isn't any need to as this is when issues like this arise which can easily be avoided.

No direct debit wasn’t cancelled but do this mean now I do not have pay for my sky glass as I can’t use that either

What does your Sky bill say, it is showing as overdue ?
