Broadband package

Hi

 

My Sky had a offer for a broadband package for £46 it stated this includes broadband,boost and talk anytime extra but when I signed up I am still getting charged for boost and talk anytime has anyone else experienced this and is it correct?

Without being able to see your bill are you sure that while they have charged you for it but on the same bill they haven't credit you back the charge for boost and talk anytime extra as sometimes with Sky they might charge only to credit back the same amount.

Hiya,

 

I have only changed to the new subscription today and my future bills have been updated to show the broadband is now £46 but I am still being charged £7.50 for boost and £16 for talk but the way I read the package it clearly stated £46 in total per month, I have tried to post a copy but it is not showing yet.

It isn't clear from that image (that you should be able to see now) if they are part of this package or not as it just says they are "included" so you could say that it doesn't actually say that they are free.
