Broadband fees

Hi there,

I am interested in using your joining offer for broadband but I don't want to activate until 22/09. I want to know that I won't be charged until then. I understand that there is a £5 fee when joining that is used in my account. But say I join today and set my activation date for the end of September, will I only be charged £22 per month (the fee in the offer) from that date?

@Ross0401 welcome to this customer Community - you're unlikely to get a reply here from Sky 🙂

You're billed from the date your service is activated - the first bill is due two weeks after activation date, and your next bill two weeks after that. Thereafter you're billed monthly, in advance. See Sky's help here for details: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/understanding-my-bills

Note I'm not sure that you'll be able to sign up now with an activation date that far in advance.
