Broadband bill
I have been contacting you by phone constantly about the bill it's meant to be £20 on the 28th July not £56 because of the problems i have been having you promised me it will be £20 in its still saying £56 I am very disappointed in thinking of leaving you because all I have had is bother

We are fellow customers on here so you’re not contacting Sky Customer Services by posting on the forum. What do future bills show. Could it have been applied to the next bill.
