Broadband bill credit

Good morning.  Please can somebody help me with requesting  the credit on my canclled broadband account be refunded at all ?

@sazzle81 We sure can, i have escalated your post to the comunity team here and they should be able to assist.

You will receive either a private message or see a chat bubble appear on your screen(it will be either red or blue and towards the bottom of the screen), it won't be instant and once invited to chat you have 48 hours to respond, the refund then takes 3-5 working days.
