Good morning. Please can somebody help me with requesting the credit on my canclled broadband account be refunded at all ?

You will receive either a private message or see a chat bubble appear on your screen(it will be either red or blue and towards the bottom of the screen), it won't be instant and once invited to chat you have 48 hours to respond, the refund then takes 3-5 working days.
