Broadband Bill

Hi 

 

I have left Sky Broadband this month and next months bill is showing as -£55.82 

 

Will this credit be knocked off my Sky TV or Sky Mobile bill next month?

No. The mobile will be a separate account and in most cases so will the TV account.


If your payment method is still active on your Sky account refunds usually take up to 6 weeks from your last day of connection. If your payment method has been cancelled Sky will have to manually raise a cheque (usually involving a back office team) and post it to you so it’ll take longer.

If you wish we can try to help get it refunded within 3-5 working days via the Messaging Team on here. Let us know on this thread if that’s what you want to do but please confirm in your reply it’s currently showing as a credit on your Sky account.
