I've had multiple emails from sky informing me they have breached the contract and I'm allowed to leave free of charge. My internet is NOW back up to an average of 69.99mps and sky believe the issue was only back on 19th February and so issued credit to compensate this.
HOWEVER I'm so glad I had documented screen shots back from Dec 23 which shows sky underperforming to reach the guaranteed speed. This photo is one of many taken on 1st Dec 23 and contradicts there own loopback tests using their own software. I'd like my Dec/Jan payments back in full please + an apology for lying and trying to con me for around £150

Hi,
This was more to see if other people had the same or a similar issue before and what they did to get a decent reply from sky.
Thanks for the link though. Will definitely be putting a complaint in.
