Box collection
To whom it may concern.
We cancelled our subscription to sky after 4 years use, we were told a postal box would be sent so we could return our sky broadband box. We have yet received nothing.
I can't find a number to contact or email address to write to. I do not want to get charged for not returning my sky broadband box.

@Engels we're a customer Community, I'm afraid. If Sky see your post, they won't know who you are.
You can use your own packaging as explained here. Sky's packaging is usually sent towards the end of your notice period. Give them a call if you haven't received it.

Sky is apparently no longer requiring return of Q Hubs. They'd probably still want a Sky Broadband Hub back.
