Why is black Friday only to new customers that does not seem fair please help

Hi @Phillip18   The TV advert says everybody. I would imagine that the Black Friday offers for existing customers are different, like add-ons at a lower price.

Better discounts are offered to new customers as an incentive for them to join. Most providers now do this. You'll have probably benefited from such offers in the past.

 

If you choose to leave and go with another provider then in 18/24 months you'll be in the same position with that provider and if you want you'll be able to return to Sky as a new customer and gain the benefits available at that time.

You can add additional SIMs as per the BF  offer.  Available to all...

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
