Bills

I recently had my sky reinstated via the email I received about clearing my outstanding bill( they had increased my bill without informing me) and I could never get through to try and get a deal again in time. It was suppose to clear off the balance up till April and start DD again my bill was £61.50 April 25th 19th may but I've had a payment of £162 taken from my bank which would be the outstanding bill from before I reinstated my sky n the ape-may bill which I was told was cleared from my account I had no previous information that it was just added in to my new bill. How do I go about trying to get through to someone and query the additional £100 they've taken?

150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
