Bills

When I spoke to one of the gentleman at the office about a new queue bulk and everything I was told my total bill would come to £109 now I am paying £126. Can somebody tell me why

Either you are a new customer and if so your first two bills are higher as they cover a longer period than the usual 4 weeks or if you have been a customer for 18 months or so then a discount you had might be ending or has ended so if this is the case now is the time to call Sky to see if they will offer you another discount and if you do it will come with a new 24 month contract.
