I paid my bill manually on the 12th because it said over due so I paid it and it's said paid with a green circle around it and then on the 17th they took the same payment what can I do to get the money back

Find out moreAs you appear to have a paymemt method setup on your account you do not need to make manual payments even if it says it is overdue because if you have a direct debit setup and it fails then Sky will try again 10 days later which might be what has happened here.
For the payment you made do you now see a credit because if you do we can get you some help via here from Skys messaging team about this to get it refunded so so you see a credit ?
