Bills wrong

I was promised my bills will be £68 even after sky has listened to the phone call the bills still hasn't been corrected and it's been 7 weeks since sky gave me the offer I will be contacting the ombudsman's service and I know sky will get charged for that and I don't care anymore they promised something and they haven't delivered

What do your future bills show ?

 

Before contacting the ombudsman you have to get a deadlock letter from Sky so have you put in an official complaint because if you did then you need to ask for this:
