Billing

Hi,

i payed double payment last month (over payment ) so still I see this month bill. Why should I pay again this month. Last month I payed 48 pounds extra. Can you please help on this

@Aneeil 

After you made this extra payment do you see a credit on your account because if you do what should happen is that credit will be used to pay for this months bill so that no money is taken from your payment method.

The over payment  will be  credited  to your  account  and taken  off your  next bill as part or full payment  for next  bill

So this month May 10th I no need to pay EMI of 48 pounds Right

Well when I  have made extra  payments  for my tv broadband, mobile bills I  have never had the next months money  for that bill taken in the direct debit, for example  in March  I  paid  my sky bills  by my direct debit, and because  I  was going  to london for a day out I  paided all three bills again  in March  so had credit  on all my accounts  and no direct debit payments  were taken from my bank account  last month  in the uk

If you have a credit of £48 or more on your account @Aneeil then the credit will be used to pay the bill so you do not need to do anything if this is the case.
