Billing

I was rang by a sky customer service worker and told i would recieve sky cinema free for 1 month. To my surprise i looked at my bill and have been charged for it. Is there anything i can do

If it was free for one month you needed to cancel almost immediately to prevent being charged for the next month (in other words giving your 31 days notice).

Any 'free' deal will turn into a paid subscription unless you cancel it.  (You have to give 31 days notice too - so for a 'free' month you have to cancel it on the same day you received it)

As we pay in advance the bill you are seeing should be for next month when you will start paying for it.
