I was rang by a sky customer service worker and told i would recieve sky cinema free for 1 month. To my surprise i looked at my bill and have been charged for it. Is there anything i can do

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreAny 'free' deal will turn into a paid subscription unless you cancel it. (You have to give 31 days notice too - so for a 'free' month you have to cancel it on the same day you received it)
