Billing

I've missed a payment from my bank but then have proceeded to deposit into my credit so there was enough to take out once tried again but they have kept trying to take from bank when my credit has got enough to cover bill ? Can't speak to a real person

@G804 you don't need to make manual payments unless Sky specifically request it.Your credit will go towards your next bill, leaving your current bill unpaid until Sky successfully take payment from your bank.

If a direct has failed for whatever reason then Sky will try to take it again via the direct debit in about 10 days so during this time you do not have to make any manual payments. If there is a credit on the account then that should be used to pay the following bill.
