Billing
Good morning,
I paid my first bill of 25 pound the day before it was due to be taken by direct debit and sky tried taking it out on the date it was due. They have threatened to turn off my services when payment was made ? My balance is now saying 75 pound on there when I have only made a 2 payments for one months payment. Can this please be addressed as I am frustrated.

Morning,
The first thing to say is that you shouldn't be making manual payments because as you have discovered doing so so close to your billing date doesn't see you paying your bill but instead what you have done is to add a credit to your account which will be used against your following bill.
If Sky also took the payment by a direct debit then it should have paid the bill unless this payment failed for some reason so could that be what has happened ?
