Billing

The bill I just paid for has came out of my bank account twice.

You should need to make any manual payments because Sky will take it from you via whatever payment details you have provided. Once you see a credit you will either have to call or use the social media links at the bottom of the page to request that it is refunded. Otherwise you can leave the credit in place and this will be used to pay your next bill.
