How has sky manage to loose my direct debit information? My sky bill was due on the 1st and you somehow have not taken payment. This better not be on my credit history as this is your fault

Not ours @FraserGreig In case you’re not aware you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services on here. This is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to try to help other customers.

 

What makes you think Sky have lost the DD information? Have you spoken to Sky about this payment? Don't be tempted to make a manual payment yet.,
