I need to change my payment date for my bill but it's saying I can't change it as I've not been billed since I changed it but I already got billed last month

What date was your billing date and what date do you want to change it to ?

I changed it before my payment date last month so my bill was increased and want to change it to 28th from 7th

Find out moreIt might be to late to change it to the 28th as it is only 6 days away as our bills are usually created 14 days earlier so you might have to wait until the payment is taken in the 7th after which hopefully you can change it to the 28th but as the 28th in December falls on a Saturday it might be that the payment wouldn't be taken until Monday the 30th as payments are not taken at weekends of on Bank Holidays.
