Billing

Hi, I keeping getting this thing where it says my latest payment is paid, but then it reading that my payments overdue, and I got two payments in the same month for one 1 billing. And also its given me credit for the same amount

Hi, I asked for a refund on my tv subscription credit, but it's still saying I have credit on there

@Dan128  I've merged your new thread to the one you raised yesterday and can see this was already escalated did you reply  to the invite?  If yes and the refund was processed yesterday it can take around 5 working days to process.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
