Is there a qay to speak to a Sky agent via live chat.
I quit Sky broadband and was told there was no additional payments and now they sent me an early termination fee and I cant see a way to discuss this

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreBest to call, but I'm not sure that it will make any difference, to ne honest. Charges for cancelling before the end of a minimum term are explained in your contract.

Thats the very reason for contacting them. MY contract was up, I renewed the TV but the agent also nenewed the BB. He apologised and said he would put a note on the file and a copy of the transcript on there as well stating that no charges would be incurred!!!
