Billing

I ended my contract and this changed over on the 20th September. I have had an email to say my bill is overdue. When I've logged on this bill says from the 5th October. I am not sure why I am receiving this ?

@Suzanne7  Ended whoch contract and changed over to who for what?

 

As we are customers we don't knwo what services you are referring to, however if the bill was produced prior to the end date this meeds to be paid still and any overpayment will be refunded.

 

Did you also get confirmation of any cancellation requests?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
