Hi I recently ended my broadband I called the 5th of June to have it turned off the 19th as was end date of my current plan. When I've just checked my bill it still has internet on for 27th June -26th July. Surely this should have already came off?

Find out moreWith Sky billing continues right into the day you leave so that bill would have been created 14 days before the date is due to be paid so when you were still a customer. It will have to be paid then it should appear on your account as a credit of which it can be refunded to you. So when you see the credit on your account post back here for help as we can alert Sky's Messaging team who will get in contact with you via here about this,
