Hi
Since joining Sky Q last November every month I have been overcharged with options I do not want eg cinema etc. Charging for premium call outs when they are not.
I have contacted Sky ty phone and all they did was tell me what I wanted and not how to resolve the overcharging. They were so confusing I even ended up receiving a Sky mobile chip.
How can I resolve this matter as Sky are not accepting emails?
Hope someone can help me soon as this has been ongoing since last year.

You would have agreed to the package you have, add-ons included. By premium call outs I presume you mean Saturday engineer visits so didyou have any of those?

Sky don't use email as a general method of communication.

I didn't agree to any add-on's. My initial email stated Sky Signature and Multiscreen. I was trying to save money and this was what was suggested. Nothing else.
I have not had a premium Saturday appt. It was a Monday and I have Sky texts proving this.
I do not know which way to go next and am finding it extremely stressful.
