Billing not the same as agreement

Hi there,

I was used sky a few months ago, and l ageed to paid £23 monthly, but last 2 bills was £26 a month.

I want to know why the price going up £3 It is not what we agreement from begining.

If have no reason and still doing thing wihtout notice, I would like to leave. It is not good enouth if you already made agreement but still try to charge more.

Please check and let me know via calling or email.

Regards,

Jen Brett

@Jennyy
You haven’t contacted Sky by posting here. This is a customer ▶️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other customers.

A £3 increase sounds like the annual price increase which was implemented with the April bill, Sky broadband subscription maybe.

When you were notified of the increase you had to contact Sky within 30 days which will have elapsed now.

Hi @Jennyy   Any agreements will be for discounts. The list price is subject to a annual price rise (£3 is about right). You don't tell us what services but you need to read the 'small print'.

@Jennyy

Yes. Sky Broadband have introduced in-contract price rises. You could have left early without charge, however it is apparently too late to do so now
