Billing issue

Hi I received a text to say I was being charged over £50 for not returning kit.

 

1. I was never advised during the transfer I would need to do this. You wanted to up grade not me.

 

2. I  recently have received text to send the kit back and I've tried on many occasions to ask where to send it and no reponse.

 

i am deeply frustrated now and do not want that charge coming from my account.

@LDenholm-McLeod welcome to the Community. Just so you know, we're mainly customers here. It's unlikely that Sky will respond to your post.

If you do get charged when you do return this equipment make sure you keep the proof of posting receipt as we can then arrange some help for you from Sky's messaging team via here to get the charged return fee refunded but you will need the details from the receipt.
