Billing issue

I changed my billing date and now I'm being charged double my bill even though my billing date is still within this month, why?

What are the dates you're being billed for?

I mean the dates you're being charged for in your bill. Posting a picture may help (make sure it doesn't include your Sky account number).

Changing the date doesn't just change the date - it completely recalculates and may go up or down for the next bill.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

On your MySky account, have you checked your future bills?

It maybe just the first month it is showing the two bill dates, one still due and the next for the future month.

From the next months it should show just the one.
