Billing date change

I have changed payment date but direct debit has tried to come out. What do I do?

Firstly don't forget that bills are generated 14 days before your payment date so depending on when you did this it might not kick in until next month.

 

Secondly if you're a new customer two payments have to be made before you can change the date.

Hi @loonytune2   The payment date does not change immediately. Remember that bills are produced 14 days in advance of the payment date which may be the old one.
