Billing & payment

I don't get paid until September 10th.

my bill is due today, what do I do? 
I changed my payment date to the 14th as usually I get paid the 13th but still no luck with it changing the current date for the bill due, it would not let me change it prior. 
I changed it a few days ago when I first noticed it was allowing me to do so🤔

If you pay by DD then the collection will be reattempted after 10 days.

 

After that your services will be restricted until you pay.  You may incur late payment charges too.

 

The payment date change won't take effect until October.  That bill may be higher or lower than usual.

Two things also worth mentioning; 

Your bills are generated 10 days prior to the payment date and payments aren't processed at weekends or on bank holidays so Sky won't try for this months payment until Tuesday 26th at the earliest.

You can change it yourself in your account.  Note the next payment may be higher or lower than usual.

Just seen in my previous post I said bills are generated 10 days before the payment date ~ that's incorrect. I blame it on posting at 5 in the morning. Sky Q and Sky+ bills are generated 14 days prior to the payment date. Glass, Stream and Mobile is 3 days.
