Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreDid you cancel yourself, or did BT cancel on your behalf as part of the switch? If the latter I'd check with Sky that they've done so. There have been previous posts from former Sky customers whose service wasn't cancelled by the provider taking over.

I only had Internet with sky, bt took over , emails confirming I have left snd the date.

If neither appear then you will have to call Sky and explain to them that you are now with BT and give them the date that they took over from Sky.
