Billed twice after receiving credit

Hi, I recently received a credit from sky to my billing account from.which my recent and upcoming bills should come from. However I've also had the same bill taken from.my bank account through the direct debit, meaning I've been charged twice this month. Is anyone able to assist? Thanks

Hi @RgO1183   When was the credit applied and when was the payment taken. If the difference is 14 days or less then the debit was already created in advance.
