Billed incorrectly

Hi, Why have I been charged £14 more for my mobile plan this month only?

last month £44, this month £58, future payments £44?

Are you new to Sky Mobile ?

Does that £58 bill cover 4 weeks or more ?

Check the dates in your bill. It probably covers more than a month.

I've been with sky for years. I'm currently half way through my most descent contract. No abnormal longer or shorter months

As you would expect, we can't see your bill which makes it difficult to advise you. You could post an image (without any personally identifiable details). The alternative is to give Sky a call
